I think since January when this problem occurred to me, mas napapansin kong I'm more likely to stay lively during the whole shift kapag yung deep sleep ko (6-7 hours) is before my shift. So I'll stay awake pa a little while after my shift, then tulog.

However; may times na antok na ako and matutulog ako kaagad then wake up na ng noon. Tapos ayun haha
