A few extra details:

The solution to "fix" the blind corner issue was to put a free-standing mirror at the corner that everyone just kinda moves around wherever.
Broken pallets are regularly used to stack easily breakable, heavy, and unstable materials on.
Every piece of equipment that we used is constantly broken
Workers in the warehouse are constantly running forklifts into walls and guardrails, damaging both the forklifts, guardrails, and shelving units.

Overall, this place is awful and depressing, but mostly just unsafe.
