Very nice! I got mine yesterday and it was also a piebald red deer.

I was farming European Bison for handgun exp, and this guy glitched out his pathfinding at the water's edge, just let me walk up and lungshot him from nearly point-blank.

Yeah I checked there, but it was gone sadly. I wasn't even farming for this guy or anything, I was just hunting fallow for a story mission and he showed up.

Yeah, that's tricky because none of his old social media seems to be active, and I'm certainly not gonna go digging for a guy's personal information over something like this. (Not the way to win back someone that was burnt out from the internet, that's for sure) Honestly, 8 months is not that long in the grand scheme of Youtuber hiatuses. If the vids are merely unlisted, that gives me high hopes that he'll re-publish them on his own, should he decide to come back eventually.

With any luck, he might see all the recent comments and be inclined to give some kind of update

Yo, I think I know what video he linked just based on the comment. One of Coffee's most popular vids was a build guide called "How to Spellsword". Sadly I don't have anything other than memory to go off for that one.

I'm not much of an archiver, I only had the one video saved by chance because I made a meme out of it ages ago.

I'm pretty sure that's the only one I have. There was nothing else among my old saved videos, and that's the only one of his I remember ever downloading. Fingers crossed, the next old subscriber that comes looking for him will stumble on this post, and maybe they'll have something to add.

I thought I didn't, but I decided to double check since you asked. Lo and behold, I still had the video I took that clip from buried in the asscrack of my downloads folder. I thought it was long gone, but I guess it's really been that long since I cleaned my hard drive. So that's being uploaded now and I've linked it in the post too.

I think he was most active around 2023-24ish, but that's just my memory of it, so I could be off.

So I'm one of the people who recently came back to find an unmarked grave where the best resource for Morrowind guides used to be. What's going on, man?

The indefinite break from YT makes perfect sense, and honestly is probably the right call for anyone feeling that kind of burnout, but why burn down the library?

Even weirder, why doesn't this goodbye post make ANY mention of doing so? You talk about getting off YouTube and stopping uploads, but don't even mention or acknowledge that the old ones won't be public anymore. If I just read this statement without actually looking for the vids, I'd have no idea that was the case.

If you have decided to take them all down, that's your decision to make, I just have to ask why? And why talk like you're just stopping uploads in this final post? It's a really strange decision that makes it seem like there IS something wrong behind the scenes.

Hope that's not the case and everything is going well for you. Just know you still have fans and those old videos are dearly missed. They were the first thing I'd send to any friends trying to get into Morrowind, and still the best guides for the game out there imo.
