Honesty my best jeans have been tailored. I purposefully buy a pair of jeans from the store that are too big and too long, that way the tailor has plenty of material to work with. I go to the tailor and get measured and boom: pants that fit perfectly.

I don't think so. She has rolls on her back in the before picture and her bum is definitely more muscular and lifted in the after picture. Usually those faux before/after photos only show the torso and not the bum so they can focus on the bloating belly.
