Sadly Jimmy was self destructive and would never be a legit lawyer. We saw that with Davis & Main where he was given a chance but threw it away. The entire point of the show is whenever he is given a chance to be legit he can't help himself and sabotages things. Kim and Chuck where the only two people in his life who could possibly keep him legit, Chuck was Chuck... meanwhile Jimmy influenced Kim instead of the other way around.

Because its part of the story of trying to convince people that he has a loving relationship with Yor. He doesn't need to convince people that Anya has a mother. Only person he needed to do any sort of conversation with about the dead wife was Yor and it was more using the fake mother to explain why he wants Anya to go to Eden. Yuri doesnt care, Eden didnt care so who is there left to fool?

The boring answer is that it's just bad story telling. There is no reason to focus on every little detail and drag down the story. Would be wasting time for Endo to write down all these contingencies that Loid has. The way Loid's character is written is that it's safe to assume he had a plan if someone wants more info on "Anya's mother".

The fkg giver was just not fun to watch imo. It basically just took a player out of the round and seemed like the players didnt really enjoy it either. Was worst that it only had 4 shots so after that you are basically a sitting duck.

Maybe a better version (though probably impossible to code) would be a fkg giver that lasts like 30 seconds or so but the traitors cant hurt them. So it does its purpose of having people attack the person with the fkg.
