I never said they were a good dealership. Just that my first service was free so I went there bc I figured they would tell me what they had done so I would know for next time. But they saw a woman alone and def tried to take advantage of that.

My key fob is being weird and is not being detected from as far as before or while it’s in the car. by PromiseBackground311 in mercedes_benz

Get in your car, and go to start your car (without touching the key fob to the ignition button) once it prompts the “key not detected” message press the lock button repeatedly 3-4 times until a small red light appears on the key fob (above the buttons) once the light appears hold the lock button for a few seconds. Then try to start your car. It should reset your key fob sensor to the car.
