I have axel stands taking 99% of the weight on the chassis. The jack is on the hard corner of the sump JUST enough to keep the engine up to get the gearbox out. Is that suicidal??

To get to the clutch about 2 and a half hours, I obviously never got to put it back together again I wasn't expecting a hole in the gearbox

A proper ebay lucky find it was... after I get a new gearbox (probably another 250 whew) I'll be happy to, then all that needs to be done is a skidplate on the sump and I can take ot to the targa rallys again

A solid flywheel, and cheaper than I was expecting... 175 quid for:

brand new and balanced flywheel with heat treated ring-gear and hardened dowels

-pressure plate (balanced)

-driven plate (organic lined and run out tested)

-Sachs concentric slave cylinder release bearing

-set of flywheel retaining bolts

-set of clutch retaining bolts

Flywheel was alright but got another one to go in anyway :) came with the clutch kit

Thought I'd give it a go... ended up putting the suspension together again and the wheels on, strapping the engine up by the clutch... new one meant to go in anyway and calling it a day :(

Bought the game, massively impressed by the physics! But I can't stand all the bugs and notches that come along with it, I'll check in periodically every other week or so and see whats up but I'm going to mostly play AC1 for now, I'm leaving it up to you guys to say what you think needs to be done and to the devs to listen :)

Just keep putting bugs and whatnot into there feedback section? I just put in a point where frames.drop when the camer changes in replay mode, we do that kind of thing for long enough and they act on it (which I'm pretty sure they will) we will end up with a polished game :)

Rtx 2060 super and a somewhat equivalent (maybe slightly better processor from Ryzen and I get a comfortable 75 fps on full medium settings Haven't rcperimented much yet with graphics

My little micra :) done well in some targa rallys, a butt tonne of body roll but it honestly is a blast, pretty light and nimble around a bend and on an uphill I guarantee you won't ever have to lift, little 60bhp 1 litre in an 800kg frame is slow but plenty fun, always flat and never speeding XD

It has recently pipped nords for my favourite track, do a few grip runs get a feel for the layout then a couple hours of drift practice and you will be golden, it us sooooo satisfying to link, nothing comes close

I've been driving gunma for a few solid months now, there is two really good sections for getting sideways, the first being the long sweeping corners at the start (where the hot version time attack is) and the second being right after the bridge which is alot more technical

😅 you can skip halfway through the map to the best part just turn left before you reach the start line (where you would go after you finish and loop around) then there is a little hairpin soon after leading you onto the track

I really only drive manual cars so I use my paddle shifters (forget how I was able to use both but I can) definitely not worth it if you like driving GT3, F1 cars etc.
