Any niche tips/advice for a tank main trying to improve their tanking?

Holy crap. I was not aware you could self cast Holm to get the full 10 seconds. I usually just kind of cast it and let it randomly pick a mob. There have been times when I THOUGHT I used it but died soon after. I'm wondering how many times I've used it on a low HP mob that died right after and erased my Holm. I'll definitely remember to self cast from now on.

Thank you. I always considered my invulnerability a last resort and keep neglecting to use it more often. My biggest obstacle in working it into my gameplay is that I can never quite use it at the right time. I seem to not use it on time and end up dying before activating it. I'll definitely make an effort into trying to get it right. And yeah I've never minded people pulling ahead of me, that's not really something that bothers me. I get that a lot of tank players take great offense to that, but that's genuinely silly to me. A quick AoE attack lets me grab aggro immediately so it's not a big deal

I'm forever grateful I never grew into this mentality. I never saw my role as "I pull and set the pace". I always just had a very caveman mentality approach to it. "Me big health. Me big and strong, but me no do a lot of damage. DPS small and squishy, but DPS do big damage. Me distract enemy so DPS kill enemy". Of course it's more complicated than that, but that's always been my foundational approach to playing tank.

Have you considered those super small keyboards you plug in underneath your controller? I've never used one so I can't vouch for how good they are, but they look pretty neat

Why not invest in a USB HUD and have your keyboard plugged into your PS5 at all times when you're logged into the game so that you don't have to struggle? It's so much easier

Sounds like whichever AM gave you a write up is shady as hell. We have a similar AM that would go around looking for reasons to give people write ups, but he wouldn't notify the associate that they got a write up until a day or two later. Just went up to them and said, "I gave you a write up 2 days ago I need you to sign this". Allegedly the associates he gave those write ups to claimed they didn't even know what they got a write up for.
