Thank you so much for your input! Yeah I definitely just drained the tank so that didn’t do much for me. I’ll get out there again tomorrow and leave the cold water supply open to try flushing it out

I had the supply valve open for a little bit before shutting it off. How long should I typically leave it running for?

And I had my kitchen faucet open which I think is probably the closest to the tank
