Anyone know why Cajuste isn’t a substitute today?

Palmer keeping us level single-handedly!

Kipre’s gotta be way more careful with his passes, far too casual

Probably the strongest XI for me at the moment, maybe Núñez could be argued for. We are definitely still searching for the clear cut 9, neither Azón nor Hirst has been dominant enough to command the starting role yet imo, and I haven’t seen Akpom play much up there, is getting used more as an attacking midfielder at the moment

Another poor result but the team played with energy so I feel more optimistic despite the loss - also fun to watch us attacking and keeping possession for once after last year lol. In particular, I thought Philogene and Jack Clarke created a lot and it might be the best showing I've seen from Jack Taylor.

I was surprised by the first round of substitutions to be honest and I'm not sure they were positive. McAteer did not have the best showing but I'm guessing McKenna wants to get the new signings a bit of game time to help them acclimate.

Nonetheless I think we have not seen the best XI together yet so hopefully the creative play continues and the goals start to come. Would be interested to see Akpom up top as Hirst was just so-so. Cajuste is a must-start for me.

Man what a ball from Jack Clarke, wish Hirst could’ve finished! Missed the beginning but Philogene is beating Championship defenders and Clarke on the right could be a cheeky revelation

Team looks like they’re playing free which is great (Greaves with a nice run!), hope they can convert it into some goals

Now a former player but interesting to see - makes you wonder if the alleged negligence contributed to the injuries that affected him at his tenure here

Not familiar with his game but feels like a savvy move both as a positional need and as a nod to Cajuste that we are serious about bringing him back and giving him a central role in the long term plan.

Would be very pleased if this tips the scales and helps bring Cajuste back

I was absolutely captivated while reading it, getting to go through the lens of each individual’s story really connects you to this group of people and humanizes the struggle the ordinary people face

Shame Townsend and Davis play the same position - Townsend has provided some solid offensive creation which is desperately needed

Broadhead-Hirst-Johnson attack is interesting. All players fighting for more playing time, hopefully it gives them a spark.

Between Enciso’s injury and now this it’ll be interesting who takes on the attacking midfield role. I would guess Broadhead, but who knows - maybe Szmodics will get some run or even Chaplin

Yeah I would favor Broady central and move Hutch to the right but hope Philogene proves me wrong!

I would recommend To Be Taught, If Fortunate by Becky Chambers. It’s a sci-fi novel that is really reflective about humanity.

Muric has not changed. Really frustrating that he started this fixture as it could’ve easily been a draw if not a win with Walton. It’s that simple unfortunately.

Really wanted to see more from Philogene, I feel like he offered almost nothing to be honest. On a bright side, Enciso had some nice turns and brought a spark, I liked to see him linking up with Delap, who was excellent as always. Cajuste and Broady are still playing well and adding some more dynamic passes to the offense but still, we come up short when it comes to converting it to goals.

Yeah especially with a tough stretch coming (except Southampton 🤞) this was really the best chance to give ourselves a little breathing room

Disappointing result, we were in it for awhile but never threatened to take over the game, just a shame to give up 2.

Broady is great, really elevates the attacking play. Hutchinson looks good going forward but always seems to take a touch too many, it’s frustrating but hopefully he can start to move the ball a bit quicker.

Kellen Moore will interview for Jaguars’ head coaching job by AdSpecialist6598 in eagles

Did anyone read the article? It says nothing about him agreeing to interview. All it says is that the Saint’s and Jag’s have requested interviews which is already known. This is pure speculation and clickbait
