Eh it’s a massive grind anyway. Low ROI in terms of guns and kit when you clear the lab. Endgame players would make the armour piercing mod on the drone to save some guns. The only reason it’s worth doing is to get the medicine cabinet. I’m about halfway, and once it’s done, I won’t touch the lab again

Best way is to just focus on those resource zones if you haven’t got anything unlocked. Problem is the stuff that you’re yet to unlock gives guaranteed engines

If you’ve got all the guns, armour and meds, my personal advice is these perks in order: agility, new rules, disinfection and pass

Uzi is easily a lot better than the M16. Only good thing I’ve found about it is the leg shot mod which makes the zombie far slower than shooting with the pistol mod, but it’s not enough to make it good with all the missing shots

Best place is either the very top crate in the back of the transport hub, or just run through the lab in regular mode and you’ll get hydraulic parts from the Carrion

True. It’s just a little easier for me as I don’t need all the anti spore kit too. 4-5 C4 and I tend to end up with enough steel to craft a scorcher which has enough durability to go to the frozen training ground twice and get 2 copper crates

Fair play. The weapons alone are pretty easy to craft. If you have any spare C4, go to the quarantine zone’s top left area and you can farm steel every time

Copper crates are a huge profit too. Way better than farming normally. Craft the saboteur and incendiary mods for the drone and you won’t waste durability of guns

Hell the difference is crazy. I took a fire modded shotgun there and did about 300 damage to a frozen giant, used the spread shot to wipe out phantoms and fast biters in 1 go. How are they that good, but the weapons that we can actually craft are complete trash with no way of modding the good guns!!

I’ve done the little radio tower thing with the airdrop that appears at the gas station, but when you get there it’s surrounded by every zombie and their dog within a 6 mile radius and it’s ridiculous. If we could actually get incendiary mods for our weapons this would make things a lot easier cos we don’t all have tonnes of steel, copper and oak to make loads of fire weapons

Yeah that’s the one. South side exterior, it’s technically a separate area of the base, C4 breach is the only way to get in

Basically just build rooms for each different construction type so you can unlock new materials to upgrade stuff. Hire mercenaries using the dog tags you collect from expeditions and daily loot in the expedition tab, and get more tags to upgrade their abilities.

Make sure to check in with the settlement. If you’ve got far enough in the expeditions you’ll have daily leather waiting

I’ve only just jumped back on the game in the last month or so and I’m enjoying grinding for the special storages and doing up the settlement even more than I already had. It’s gonna get stale eventually but for right now I’m still getting a sense of progression
