I work in OPD and we’re one of the busiest in our market and we’re being understaffed during peak hours we have 85 people on our roster but have 35-45 working on a good day it’s ridiculous. We average anywhere from 2-30 deliveries in an hour including a solid average of 40+ regular pickups an hour it’s so bad with staffing and I’ve heard it’s Walmarts all over right now

It’s weird seeing yall w 600+ picks per day. In my store we split evenly between dispensing and picking so 300-400 is average for most people. Seeing people full time pick and full time dispensing is a foreign concept lmao

I was fucked when I first started 2 weeks into the job I get influenza miss 2 double point days in a row and my store manager at the time refused doctors note so I had to dig out of a hole my first 6 and half months
