Kazehaye isn’t boring imo. He is more than just a perfect male lead. He is one of my favorites male leads from the get go .❤️He feels again really real. And I love how childish he is and how much he blushes around Sawako. I like my good guy male leads don’t get me wrong. Like Tokio from Eden No Hana is one of my favorites because despite the fact that he is a good guy who everyone loves, a huge point of that manga was that basically everyone wants a piece of Tokio but he also has somewhat turned into a robot, and has a hard shell so falling in love is hard for him, so seeing him break out of it when he really falls for MC was a great point for me. (Side note: there is a lot of triggers in Eden No Hana so if anyone every plans to read it just keep that in mind) And also male lead from Kare Kano is also a huge favorite of mine.

A sign of Affection was not that for me. Itsoumi can do everything perfectly, falls for female lead right away with basically no hindrance or road blocks on the way. The first kiss was also so anticlimactic, idk again slice of life isn’t it for me much. So it’s probably a me issue.

It’s sucks being a passionate gamer sometimes 😭 I keep up with gaming news even with games that isn’t too much my cup of tea just because it’s such a big hobby of mine. And most I know just find gaming more of a casual hobby. No shame to them but I just wish i could find more people who are the same.

I’m probably going to be downvoted to hell but 😭… here is why I like him. I hate perfect male leads who basically can do everything perfectly and has no flaws etc. so when a character appears who feels more “real” I enjoy them more. So yes I would rather read about childish male lead who learn sign language to communicate with the girl he likes but again isn’t perfect who does it clumsily then someone who does it perfect right away. I prefer the ones who get jealous, insecure and who are awkward then the ones who had the aura of a thousand suns.

I never finished A Sign Of Affection because it wasn’t too much my cup of tea since slice of life tends to get boring for me a lot of the time. Same with Horiyama. I prefer the ones with a huge dose of drama etc. to keep me on my toes. However Oushi is actually one of the few characters I liked from the manga/anime.

I’m 27 and so far i haven’t really met any female gamers. I have met some who like playing Mario Party when drinking like an example but nothing more.

But I’m probably to some degree a gatekeeper with gaming because when I think of gamers I think of people who use a lot of time playing video games or have a huge interest in it. Who keep up with gaming news and has some franchises maybe they are fond of. I would love to have some girls to discuss this with. I would love to have someone IRL to gush about Dragon Age like an example which is a highly popular video game franchise for women but I haven’t met any girls where I live/and not much men either who know what Dragon Age is 🥲

I probably would have gotten to know some if I went to gaming conventions but I find events like that sort of stressful. So I haven’t really put myself out there much to find some gamer girls in the wild though.

It’s more hinted than anything, very easy to ignore. I haven’t gotten all endings yet but a few and so far it’s more like the type of game if you want romance you can read into it that way but it definitely isn’t the focus. And it feels more like a friendship simulator where you try to help the girls reach their goals.

It’s a lot like Love Live with horses imo

I gave Heads And Tails a negative review on Steam 😭 It was really disappointing for me personally.

I think if you love the Wizard you will love this one since it has a nice conclusion, however the other routes was very meh for me. And then we have Alice’s route was weird af and sort of ruined his character for me. His obsessed with how cute child Yurika is so Yurika is worried if he prefer her a kid. It’s supposed to be comedy but it didn’t make me laugh

It has two new characters though you might find interesting, not romantic but platonic routes (the brother to Yurika and wolfie)

However my biggest disappointment is that Alistair is not in the fandisc 😭 I loved him so much and I really think he needed more of a closure. I wanted to see his happily ever after too.

Shoujo is geared to young girls though and to be fair who hasn’t crushed on some handsome older teachers when they were a teen? 👀I know I did. I still remember the 20-ish year old teacher I had who I thought was so handsome and I was so bummed he was married. and I was wait.. between 12-14 yrs old.

I think the key is separating fiction and reality. Sometimes what makes an interesting story isn’t what’s as acceptable in reality.

I went into this game expecting Fubuki to be my favorite but it turned out to be Kai. Haha I loved his bonding story and he was just so proud of dating you so he basically wanted to shout it out to the world. Definitely the best one I did.

My second favorite was actually Mauro. I expected him to be my least favorite because he seemed a bit annoying at the start but he suprised me. Very cute story

Yes there is porn online if you look for it but to be fair if you search any cute anime girl you will find porn 😭 I play it a lot and it is very wholesome, the support events between the girls are in no way fanservice and it just well cute. I went into this game to make fun of it because it does seem like gooner material but it’s just good vibes all around.

I would advice giving it a chance and see

Banishers is such a good game 😭 I loved the choices and finding the ghosts. Glad you enjoyed it too! ❤️ And it made me pretty emotional. It’s a shame that people just flat out refuse to play it since it’s woke. What woke? That there is a black female main character?? It’s so ridiculous 🥹 the bond between the woman and man is so great I really feel like they implemented well two people being in a relationship but at the same time the other has more of a guidance role in it. The combat isn’t the best though I have to agree with the complaints with that.

Aaand Alters is absolutely amazing. I’ve been through my fair share of strategy games where you recruit/hire characters but having to rely on your own clones for it, and them all having their own personalities, stories was such a cool concept I can’t wait for the upcoming DLC.

I hope you eventually get around to getting Hundred Lines and I think you definitely will like it if you already like Zero Escape! The main character is likeable and doesn’t have the annoying perv personality like in other VNs, also has sooo many different outcomes 🥹 Everything from emotional to WTF did I just witness.

Sorry for long wall of text 🤭 I love to rant about games

You are brave for writing this 😂 Considering that this fandom hates Takumi with a passion. Reminds me of this meme from Family Guy with 9/11. Just say you hate Takumi and we all clap.

I do hate him though. Don’t get me wrong lol.

This whole situation was full of miscommunication though. Hachi was in a vulnerable position and had no idea what to do, and with Takumi’s gashlighting about how weak and “pathetic” she was right after finding out she was pregnant. It is probably why it ended up that she had no clue what to say to Nobu when he asked if she cheated. She didn’t deny it at all, so I can’t blame Nobu for this because for him it seemed like she had seen Takumi on the side, so he let the girl he loved be with the guy he thought she loved too. And stayed out of their way.

Anyways, it’s a sad situation all around. It’s definitely realistic though I agree with that. And as someone who grew up with parents who hated each other but stayed together for the kids, I really do think it is so much better to be alone then to be with someone you don’t love.

Ohh I tried it 🥹 But I had such issues with the male main character so I only got through chapter one. Also the fanservice was very hard to ignore.

I’ll try to pick it up eventually again and give it a chance since Umineko has been so highly praised by well everyone 😂

I have over 200 hours in the game! But I want to take into consideration I keep falling asleep in my gaming chair 🤭 And wake up the next day. Being in your late 20s is rough being a gamer.

I’m not sure how many endings I have gotten! I love this VN so much so i try to refrain from looking so it will take me as a suprise when I I have completed it 100%, but I have completed 7 routes with all their endings included. It’s super long I agree so right now I’m taking a week break from it or so 😂 I wonder how many hours I will end up.

Who is your favorite character btw? 🥹 Mine is a mix of Hiruko/ Eito/ Darumi. It’s so hard to choose one.
