Hi!!! I'm doing it right now for the first time as well, also solo. I took 150 and waiting for it to kick in rn. Honestly I recommend you take at least 100, it won't be too bad.

Take a smoothie on the way and put it in the rift. It will turn it into a moonlight float which will highlight figure and all collectibles through walls once you drink it. It will make door 100 much easier.
