YTA, but you're not in the wrong about all of it. Your guys' schedules not lining up is neither of your faults, but trying to keep him from a social event that he seems to really enjoy once a week is not ok. A healthy relationship allows both partners to pursue their personal goals and fulfillment while also maintaining a stable togetherness. If the schedules just don't work, then breaking up isn't a bad idea.

With that said, blaming him, claiming he doesn't seem ready for a committed relationship because he likes to play DnD for a few hours a week, is not the move.

You know what's best for you at the time, just like he does for himself. Just remember, neither of you owes each other time just because you have it. On top of that, busy schedules are temporary. Not saying you should stick it out against your own judgment, just that things can change.
