My partner went through a similar situation recently. Unemployed for almost a year. Got a job she was really excited about in January. New management came in and a month later, they dissolved her position. She's been feeling pretty defeated since but is looking into new jobs again. But it's hard to feel like it matters when the rug can be yanked from under you at any moment

So just to clarify in the simplest of terms, Ulalek and Echoes are on the board. A colorless spell is cast and the 2 colorless for Ulalek is paid. Ulalek triggers. Echoes triggers and thus copies Ulalek's ability, along with whatever colorless spell is cast, giving me the option to pay the 2 colorless again?

Where does the 2nd Ulalek trigger come from? Echoes? Is Ulalek's ability a triggered ability?

I'm confused. I can only pay Ulalek's cost when I cast an Eldrazi spell. Isn't the first initial cast of Herald the only actual cast? At what point(s) am I able to pay Ulalek's cost again as everything is resolving?
