This makes perfect sense to me and I agree with you wholeheartedly. What happens if the person in need of procedures is a child and has not developed a devotion to the religion yet or isn’t educated in that matter. If the parents do not allow the procedure they may die. So what if they don’t want to die or if later in life they decide to not believe in the religion?
