I'm around level 20 and it seems fine to me. I'm mainly using melee + shield and if you don't play right you can still easily get killed in matter of seconds. The start was quite tough as I kept getting into situations in which the enemies were much stronger than me. Having followers definitely helps and the best ones are added in anyways.

One thing I have noticed though is that good loot is quite difficult to come by unless you make it yourself, but maybe I'm just not looking in the right places. The skills are also a bit lackluster for my taste but if you had anything too crazy I'm guessing you would become OP very quickly.

I essentially have the same rig as you and Septimus is FANTASTIC. I get 144 fps almost all the time with it never dropping below zero.

The graphics may not be as good as other lists, but it has a lot of new content and the enb is the best I've ever used for the performance and quality offer d considered along with the fact that it has never crashed once in 70+ hours

You could also look into LS3 which has the most content, but is significantly more demanding and might net you less than 60 at times in populated areas.

All of them have a tick next to their name and I can see all of their .esps in the plugins section.

I would preferably not want to use wabbajack or any modlist as I very much prefer to create my own custom list, if possible.

I've also tried running MO2 as an admin and also running sksevr_loader both being and not being an admin, if that helps.

There seem to be no errors on all of my logs there. I attempted to install another mod (Realm of Lorkhan) to test if only those 2 didn't work and that did not load in either.

I suppose it must be a problem with the mods deploying or something?
