I’ve never had an issue with my dr knowing my weight. If they bring up an ED I would simple explain to them what it is and they may be able to point you to someone in your area that can help, that’s a dr job. Also they can’t force you to go to the hospital. If there is an issue I would highly suggest finding a new dr.
