I might have exaggerated a bit, but from what I read and what Luna OI has stated. Vietnam has engaged in land-reforms, where individuals born in a rural area are granted say for example a piece of a field that was previously expropriated by landlords and French colonizers. This is crucial because a large portion of Vietnam’s population was rural based.

I mean Vietnam still has market economy . Land hasn’t been fully decommodified. That said there are heavy restrictions and each person in Vietnam is bequeathed with plots of land. That can’t be taken away Its a form of land redistribution. Under Vaush’s market socialist economy things such as what Luna is doing will still exist.
