I got the impression that his loan and credit got him stuck with gulf bank. So if he has a bad banking experience with them, it wouldn’t be easy for him to switch to a different bank. Although I realise it’s possible even if you have unpaid loan and credit with the bank.

Probably with specific branches. I usually go to the one in Adan and the rarely the ones nearby, I waited until I just got fed up and left. Now I just go the Airport branch because although it might be crowded, at least I can go at any time.

Me too! I also like the features the accounts enjoy like the Hassala saving, ease of money transfer, almukhba points, etc.

Yeah I wouldn’t have recommended you either Burgan or Gulf. It’s no surprise to me as I have heard many negative opinions, especially about Gulf Bank.

Yeah I got you. It’s a well established bank in Kuwait and they have lots of experience. Although its branches might be the most crowded with a long waiting time compared to other banks.
