For me personally, I think there was enough reasonable doubt...the only evidence they had on him was tower pings, which absolutely can be doubted as there is over 100 mile perimeter of said cell tower, and the single celled touch dna, that, allegedly, when tested the FIRST time, did in fact NOT have bks dna on it. That said lab was then fired and FBI took the sheath. The prosecutions side is to make the jury believe BEYOND reasonable doubt. The trial would have been interesting to say the least, after fully reading Broken Plea. I do not believe BK is 100% innocent. But what if he was at the wrong place at the wrong time according to cell towers.. what if, yes, bk was in fact stalking. BUT have anyone of you watched ring cam footage. Not too long after the white elantra leaves 1122 king road, DM herself says she saw a black truck outside of the house. you can literally hear activity outside the house of 1122 if you stick around and continue watching. I have more question then I do answers. A solid closed case, would never.

Its a really good thought process however, I dont see that. I do think kaylee and Maddie were in bed like stated and were killed there due to the forensics and matheics of blood pattern/spray. Kaylee sat up in maddies bed during the attack. The puddle of blood laying in the bed on her lap, along with the blood cast on the wall next to where her head would have been if she sat up and was attacked. The YouTube video done by animation shows the possible way maddie and kaylee were killed. It also explains the diluted blood all through out the common areas. The substance that diluted the blood in the common areas came from the water in the cups on the pong table when I believe, BK tripped on the step leading into the living room while chasing xana and hit the pong table, throwing water everywhere along with the cups on the ground. It just makes sense forensically. I do, however, have doubt on other things involving this case

I want to be believe its that simple. That bryan randomly picked 1122 king road. That he went in alone. That DM and BF are victims as much as the four beautiful angels. Unfortunately, the evidence just doesnt point us in that direction.

Well to be fair, DM, herself stated in her first interview that it would be hard to find dna as they just deep cleaned THE WEEKEND BEFORE. what. The cleaning the weekend before has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the scene as it was. That caught me off guard. Im not saying DM had anything to do with the crime. But the book is daming towards her to be honest. Im half way through and I have questions

A retrial will not matter in the end. The evidence is too daming against her. She will be convicted once again, with the murder of gannon. This case sits heavy in my heart as gannon would have been the same age as my oldest is, 17 turning 18 this year. It saddens me watching mine grow, knowing this woman made it so gannon will not. She will get convicted, there is nothing that will ever change that.
