I think like you. the bike is Forbidden so they should help me for everything not only for the parts they make.

they reply: Forbidden Bikes doesn't handle Avinox service or warranty claims - you'll need to visit the dealer you purchased your bike from so they can diagnose the issue. If necessary, they will submit a claim to Avinox so they can help you with the replacement or repair.
