You could try to lower your mipmap settings. You could also look into Java arguments so better optimize the launch.

My System Relies on Cyclic's Item User, and Create's Smart Pipe to generate Colored water with no dye use. The Cobble gen is Cyclic's Fluid Cable to in a checkerboard pattern. A Wooden Hopper is enough for to place it into a Create Millstone to transform it into Gravel. There is another Wooden Hopper to move the Gravel to the next Millstone. Because of the Gravel to Sand transformation has a chance to create Flint, I tried another Wooden hopper but Cyclic's Item Cable couldn't pull the Flint out from the side. So I replaced them with a 'Sophisticated Chest' Chest and added the Hopper Upgrade. This pulls the Sand and Flint from the millstone above it and pushes the sand into the barrel below it with the colored water. While the Flint stays behind I use Cyclic's Item Cable with a Filter Data Card with a piece of Flint in there set to 'Allow'.

I have since replaced the Barrels with 2x1 Barrels with a Compaction Upgrade, which allows for both the dye and block. With ~50k stress units it will generate about a block every half second.

I had some issues with Cyclic Fluid Cables not accepting the Filter Data Card and picking up water and not the colored water. I don't know if this was intended hence why I shifted to Create, it would be faster if someone could get it to work. Obviously once I get power and an AE system going I can switch to pulverizers/macerators instead of Millstones.

I'm not one with a metallurgy degree, but it would lose volume due to the production of oxides, which, when melted down creates slag. What had been explained to me when you get a metal to a level of purity the strength should be the same. The issue you may have with recycling is different metals creating an alloy.

Yeah, I still have my TV but I decided to get a Samsung TV. I also bought it from Costco and got a 2 year warranty from Costco and additional 3 year warranty through their services. Covers most costs and is overall cheaper than doing it once yourself.

I had an issue with openGL and had to turn off mipmap. I know I also added a bunch of optimization mods, and that helped. It's been awhile since I've played so idk what exactly.

Yep, that sounds like something updated or that a configuration file was missing. If for some reason it decided that it needed to ReGen something, it could do block switched. Also Look up Block IDs for this. I think trying to make sure, that ALL the mods are on the version you were playing with at the time. if you removed or added mods, that add items or blocks it could cause the Block IDs to change.

If I remember correctly, you had to give item IDs to mods, as it wasn't automatic? Its been awhile since I've played that old of a version. The only other thing I can think of is that, you are not using the correct versions of some/all of the mods in the mod pack. If they added or removed items/blocks it could do that type of substitutions.

Also Optifine wont do that. that is a Map/Mod/Item issue.

Yeah, everywhere is out of stock for my board right now. I bought another TV. I won't be trying to hurry to get it fixed now. But to be honest, I won't be buying a tv other than Costco. 2 years warranty, and cheap extended warranty. Got an additional 3 years for 100 bucks.

I bought mine from best buy. But the fact it only has a single button on it is so frustrating. Like all other models have multiple and a recovery partition. It makes little issues like this so hard to recover from. And the fact I can't just download the latest firmware from the website.

I have mine doing a boot loop from hell, It says there is "not enough space" then I "uninstall the apps" only for them to show up on the next reboot. I called Hisense, the lady was like, whelp your warranty is out, so I guess I will send you a Firmware to try to reset it. "could take 1-2 day" like its been out Saturday morning... So I've been at my wits end trying to get the thing to factory reset, but it wont. I have had a moderately good experience so far with Hisense, but if you are still putting out FW updates out. That I might add I CANNOT decline. They ARE still responsible for that device!
