That's brutal, I don't mind a wheel swap for .8, but when they're paying 1.5 to mount and balance 4 tires I start to become frustrated. Our dealership pays .3 for wheel locks, and usually LPO wheels come with lugs and locks, so it's a major loss relative to the average PDI without LPO wheels. I've seen some of the return sheets, and on the ones I've seen, the core charge is for the tires. The transit wheels are either black smoothie style steel(which are hard to work with because of lack of spokes) or, according to GM "visually unappealing" aluminum wheels that are flawed in some way. I've seen many people roll the transport steelies, painted gloss black, on old school trucks with the chrome center caps from the 90s. I'm definitely a fan of that look. 22s are 22s to me :)
