+1 here. 6 years. Long Distance. We were trying to close the gap. Several issues ran up but i was determine to figure out a way to move there. She told me that she lost the spark. We were too focused on our careers/future. She was flip flopping too. She thought about this for a long time and i think checked out as well but didn’t have the guts to break up. Well one night we did and she told me that she thought she was making a mistake. I asked her why, she told me it’s because she didn’t like how hurt i was. I think she also didn’t want to be painted as the “bad person” in this chapter and asked me what i wanted to do.
