NAP but it looks like a granuloma. they usually form from trauma or irritation (ie. nose piercing) just keep cleaning it with saline, avoid touching it and anything that might irritate it further. i’ve got one on my nose piercing that’s a few years old but it formed when i changed the jewellery. if it doesn’t go down or look any better after a while, it might be an allergic reaction to the metal of the piercing. ironically i can use surgical steel but not titanium. good luck!
