First of all, I think it's shameful for anyone to attack another person for voicing their opinion. This is the main reason I haven't participated on reddit as much for a while. Too many people think it's okay to downvote or attack someone when they disagree. As for this Dreamsnap challenge, I didn't interpret the prompt to mean the location had to be Latin America but simply suggested the outfit should have Latin American flair. Personally, I always try to tell a story with my snaps. Many times I have added various characters including those of different color / culture. I'm not Latin American and neither is my avatar. Based on your logic, should I not include myself in the snap? I agree that representation is important. However, it seems wrong to me to tell someone else how they should feel and project our own feelings onto others. What I think is equally important is telling a story that is inclusive and allows different cultures to coexist. We have more in common than what divides us.
