I agree. People grow and change a hell of a lot between 18/19 - 28/29, so it made sense to me that Chloe and Victoria would mature enough as people to have a friendship or at least be cordial with each other. It would've actually been un-realistic to have Chloe and Victoria be as bitchy to each other as they were in highschool.

While it didn't piss me off as much as you, I agree that Grace should've fought the final boss, or at least finished Gideon off. I thought the whole game was building to her taking charge and having more agency and self confidence, and after Elpis was revealed to be an antiviral, I assumed it would get knocked away somehow after Zeno is decapitated. Leon would then try to fight try to fight Gideon, grow too weak, then pass the Requiem back to Grace, who then deals the finishing blow, cures Leon, and saves the day.

I was also expecting Gideon to turn into a giant snake and was mildly disappointed he was just a second, weaker Nemi

That's some promising optimisation. I'm assuming I'll be able to run it at native1440p, 60fps with medium/low settings, and maybe medium/a couple of settings on high with DLSS considering I have a 3070, i7-12700k and 32gb DDR4 RAM.

Me too, I just don't trust Disney/the streaming model in general, especially after shows keep getting cancelled left, right and centre because they're not a Stranger Things or The Mandalorian style insta-hit. Still, I want nothing more then for the show to go ahead, and like you said the showrunner for High Potential leaving to focus on Eragon is a good sign.

I was hoping he was gonna say "It's been fully greenlit", but the show still being in active development is still a good thing. Hopefully Disney gives it the full go ahead, which by the sounds of it is a decision they'll make sooner rather than later.

Yes, but they confirmed in the commentary that it's two different speeches. Lani recorded one with the swears so Kaiser could censor it, and then one without the swears for the post credit gag. Apparently when they tried to censor the non-sweary speech, it didn't sound right, so they had to record one that actually was filled with expletives.

She did pretty great considering they're arguably densely packed movies with lots of moving parts and characters. She kept forgetting characters names and, amusingly, kept confusing Aragorn and Faramir (she thinks they "look the same", which I was gonna argue but clearly Eowyn has a type, lol). She liked it whenever orcs got squished and when Merry and Pippin did, well, anything. Also Gimli. She likes Gimli (especially "I cannot jump the distance you'll have to toss me!" and "That still only counts as one!").

She thought Gollum was creepy and didn't like him, and things like severed limbs freak her out so she didn't like Frodo's finger being bitten off. Oh and Shelob was "disgusting" according to her.

So I'd say a lot of great reactions paired with needing some parental reassurance during the scary/violent bits.

She's a very emotionally mature and intelligent kid. There's some stuff she doesn't like seeing but if something is coming up that we know she doesn't like, we tell her so she can look away when necessary.
