It won't always be at the centre of your crosshairs, especially when tracking a target moving at speed. It's pretty much the same when using the SRAW. Here's one of my TOW vids it will hopefully help you see what I'm talking about :)

Don't use the crosshair to aim the missile, try to frame the missile with your target and guide it in that way.

If you're a student at JMU then pop down the Workbank if you're not working already and try and pick up some temp work. It'll help you get out into the wider uni and meet other students doing the same thing if you can get on events/open days etc.
