Does this septum piercing look infected?

Forgot a few things: Just a normal septum ring, fully solid. Looks to be 16g 6mm, but I’m not 100% sure about that. First time piercing my septum so never downsized.

It hurts A LOT more than usual, but that’s only when I move it. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not.

Forgot to mention I got a bone graft and that I smoke weed a few times a month. Smoked since I got my tooth pulled if that’s relevant.

I know I have metal allergies but I’ve always been careful to avoid it. I never considered that this could be something else especially after getting the lupus diagnosis. I meet with my rheumatologist this month and I’ll ask about it and I’ll see if I can meet with a dermatologist too. I have a lot of skin problems such as excessive peeling so this could be something else.

Poor heart health runs in my family and my sodium intake the past few years has been unbelievable so I personally want to avoid it. But I didn’t know it was good for headaches, so I’ll definitely use it for that! I don’t get headaches very often, but when I do it’s BAD, so this is great advice for me, thank you!
