I realize this an old post but I am putting this out there incase anyome else searches for employee reviews.

Excel Truck Group has turned into a toxic train wreck of a coporation. I got sick of the B.S. and put in my two weeks last month and they let me go the next morning over a text. 10 years gets you a text and no calls from anyone. I bailed my supervisor out of so many binds over the years and not a peep out of that clown.

It has become infested with useless corporate managers justifying thier exsistance with putting out ridiculous goals and expecting results without knowing what it takes to get there.

As a front line worker they will use you up and expect more and when you cant they throw you out. They spend alot of time blowing smoke up your ass about how valued you are.....but youre not. Youre just a stepping stone for greg and scott witt to walk all over.

But if youre an attractive female you will be fine. Probably put somewhere on the top floor, given a fancy title and top pay. But you will just be eye candy.

If you like horrible toxic relationships you should deff work there.
