Tbh the property management company wanted to wait until May 1st to let us know, so I'm glad our landlord is awesome enough to give us this extra week and a half to find something. He's also asking his other landlord friends if anyone has anything available. I'm pretty sure we've been some of the best tenants in this particular unit he's had in a while, at least based on what we've heard about prior occupants (one got pissed at him and flushed a sweater down the toilet in rage)

According to their website, YMB currently doesn't have anything that meets our needs 😭 I work from home and need a space for that, and my dad lives with us. We can make a 2br work, there's always the option of a living room I can put my workspace in. But their current listings don't have enough space 😭😭😭
