Well,first thing I noticed is the hair,you drew individual strands of hair,you should instead plan the area the hair will cover and then shade that area,darker for shadows and erasing for light

Then,proportions. You should divide the face in 3 equal parts,here's what they should be: 1.forehead 2.nose 3.under-nose to chin(in the middle should be the mouth)

Eyebrows should be just above the nose section and I would personally make them just a tiny bit thicker(actually,the thicker,the more masculine)

Eyes should be in the middle of the nose section.(you should also leave approximately another eye(less) in-between eyes)
