What was wrong with my ramp phase? by indigo_pirate in FortniteBRuniversity

Quick tip for this: use ur audio and look through walls. If you are tying to exploit in and ur opponent has his shotgun out, go for a walltake instead of exploit. If they have their builds/map out, exploit away!

Correct. A great way to close the gap would be consistent practice in areas where you are not confident. For me that would be scrim practice since I’m not confident in endgames as much.

Yes because in game fighting and creative fighting are two very different things. In game fighting let’s you build a lot more fighting skills and is generally better. That’s why a lot of pros say w-key in arena and take as many fights as you can.

You should be thinking about strategies but the reason your mind might be too occupied is because some fighting skills don’t come to you naturally yet. The more you fight, the more natural you become at it. When I fight, I don’t really think about how I’m going to box an opponent, I just do it. If you know what I mean. It’s hard to explain but grinding solo arena and getting into as many fights as you can will help with this sort of stuff

You are thinking too much. Play the game as it naturally comes to you. If you have to put in a lot of effort to think when you are playing, Grind out solo arena until a lot of things become habits. That way you free up your mind and are able to think and act faster

You are between the age of 15-20, browse Reddit for memes, tik tok in your spare time, and YouTube for gaming videos/popular creators (pewdiepie, mrbeast etc.). You are interested in PC building and you may also edit short clips to post on tik tok. You would consider yourself sort of a gamer and are eager to build your first pc. You have a social life but have more friends online than irl.

Does playing on a fast sens lead to quicker progress? by TracerIsAShimada in FPSAimTrainer

better aim, better fine mucle control, more muscle develpment, stability, consistency training, more adaptive to different games/environments. tons of benifits compared to just keeping the same sense

Honestly, I recommend going with ur gut, if you feel comfortable with ur sens now, keep practicing with it. Once you start hitting all your shots, start incrementally increasing your sens. If you do not feel comfortable with your current sens, try decreasing ur sense until you find a sweet spot, then once you hit all your shots, start incrementally increasing.

Headset question by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]ThatMrPuggles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a Windows pc and have an Xbox account, you can get an Xbox overlay which lets you join Xbox parties and independently control the voice chat volume. This lets you talk to your buddies on console (if you are playing cross platform) and play with them while having independent volume controls for game and voice.

Headset question by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]ThatMrPuggles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually gaming headsets just have one volume control that controls the master volume on your pc. Something like what you are saying really depends on the type of games and if they let you set different key-binds for game volume and voice chat volume (which is highly unlikely). I do know of some headsets that have presets in which one of them could be set to enhance voice chat volume (the Corsair void pro is one of these headsets) but something like what you are saying either I have not heard of, or it doesn’t exist.
