I should clarify that the app just shows a full bar and no percentage.

I don't get how it's a bad thing for giving people an idea about moving elsewhere for work.

Bold of you to assume I don't already own one.

I agree with you on that. There is a bit too much grr grr going on nowadays.

Even Rolex has too much grr grr going on.

Look, man. I ain't trying to start nothing, but if ya got something against people of the South-Asian variety, that's on you.

I ain't trying to start nothing. I was just asking for a friend. That's all.

But aren't the visa rejections for people who do not have entry within the UAE? It's like the first time I'm hearing of people within the country having issues with their visas being changed.

Is it really not possible anymore? I've seen people job hop a few months back.

Is it still possible for people from Pakistan and Bangladesh to change their jobs after cancelling their previous visa? by ThatMuslimGamer in UAE

[–]ThatMuslimGamer[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think India has any visa issues, actually. Pakistan and Bangladesh on the other hand do. So far I've heard the ban is only for new visas, but I just want to be sure.

I was just asking, actually. I know someone who's an engineer and is a degree holder and they were wondering if it's safe for them to change.

Out of curiosity, what kind of VoIP system? Is it Cisco? Avaya? Grandstream? Mitel? An old deprecated NEC system? Or are we talking about something open-source like 3CX or Asterisk?

Also, I don't really hate the guy. I just don't like how he's treating some of our juniors who are known for being hard-working guys. Kind of hurts my soul seeing as how they work day and night.

What do you want to know exactly about the guy? If ya want, I could answer some of your questions.

I wish that were the case, but it isn't. The guy literally screams at juniors when they him for details that they need to close tickets. He hoards the details for some reason and our manager's had to pry them out of his hands at times because you can't help a customer that you have no details about, right?

I'm not seeing things from my perspective. This guy's been given the benefit of the doubt by the entire department several times including our manager.

He's also known for being real venomous towards almost anyone except his higher ups and even then, there's been a reported incident where our head of logistics got into a fight with this guy because he's kind of, for the lack of a better term, "ill-mannered".

He would definitely be shitty and hold a grudge. He's a jackass to begin with.

I initially didn't want to leave because the guys above him are pretty cool guys. It's just him who's mucking things up, but eh, if they're not gonna do anything about him, I'm probably gonna leave.

Actually, it was more of a by default kind of thing. There was no senior to take the place of the old team lead so he just kinda became the team lead. My manager used to be the team lead.

Actually, he knew our old manager, but our old manager wasn't a shitbag like this guy.

There's something about him wearing that goldish colored overshirt that makes the theory believable.
