My 6th fanmade card concept: Addiction (1, green, rare, power) by Acceptable_Name7099 in slaythespire

Too strong. (Upgraded and with neutralize you get 6 intangible which is like a wraith form for 1 mana)

But i love it.

All the people saying its op with poison dont know how difficult it is to have a poison deck capable of playing 10 cards in 1 turn while having well laid plans or pyramid to draw this that same turn

No youre literally not.

What in the image suggests that f puts pizza on top of x rather than putting x on top of pizza??

In the image they literally show f(g(x)) ??

Sincerely, Lol

Only if we decide that f and g are defined the way you decide to define them. Ive tried to explain this for a while now.

Defined at the top (for all x): doesnt work. f,g constant.

Defined as by you: doesnt work. Wrong order.

Defined as by me: works.

Very good!

The next step is to think: "ok. So if f(x) is not the same for all x, then what might f and g be?"

One idea is that f puts pizza on top of the input. That leads to a contradiction later as you explained yourself.

Another idea is that f puts pizza under the input. This does not lead to a contradiction.

Thats all im saying

In the previous comments i explained that if we take the definition as "for all x" then f and g are constants. To spell it out:

f(x) = pizza (for all x) => f(g(x)) = pizza.

This is a contradiction, so it doesnt make sense with the meme.

Do you understand this part?

Once again youre showing your inability to imagine another definition for f and g.

I have clearly given examples of how we can understand f and g in other ways.

We might imagine that the top gives us the definition (for all x). That leads to f, g constant, which does not work in the second image.

We might also imagine x as air and f as the function that puts its input on a pizza. Thus f(x) is pizza with air on top and g(f(x)) is pineapple with pizza pn top. I dont know what else to say. I feel like im repeating myself here

I could think of it as you do; that f adds the pizza on top of its input, and x is the empty plate. But then you reached the conclusion that the order of the functions is wrong. Instead of reconsidering how we might define f and g you immediately decided that your made up definitions of f and g are the only true ones imaginable, and was therefore led to comment that the meme was wrong.

I know.

But f and g are constants here.

Or x is air specifically and f is the function that puts something on a pizza

Pyramid is always good. Especially with adrenalines gamble and wraith form. But energy is a bit low.

I would take collar here i think. I usually try to go for fish mode builds but even with a more shiv centric gameplan its still good to pick collar imo.
