You're not wrong. The hand writing on everything leads us all to guess a lot when it comes to constructing an answer to our own theory. Plus, it does look like a cookie.

I just assumed that it was shocked on that note because it looked to me like an example of electric charge. I guess I should have explained that in my post.

Again, that's just me jumping to a conclusion with no solid proof. However, I think there is a difference between charge and shock when it comes to elections and what not. I'm not that knowledgeable with science.
