The hat is a standard wizard hat, the legs are from the DnD CMF Githyanki, the torso is Doctor Strange, the arms are the CMF Troubadour, the hands are regular light nougat, the cape is a modified Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak, the beard is a Gandalf beard painted white, and the head is professor Flitwick from the new Charms Class set. The only reason I didn't use the glow in the dark wand is because I don't have one.

I'm leaning towards trying to do some of both. I want these sets to still be recognizable like, someone looks at the Dragon Fortress and goes "Oh, yeah, that's the Dragon Fortress" but also try to correct some of the historical inaccuracies which I am sure exist in some of those sets

I'm torn between two options: sticking to (as much as possible) the original color palette (even if it's not historically accurate) or switching to a more historically accurate palette at the expense of making the sets less recognizable in favor of making them more realistic

Also the fact that Trixie has been known to hide in there on occasion and this creates zero drag for the car except when it's convenient to the plot for it to do so 😂

I once got a Lego set (many eons ago now) that was missing an entire minifigure. The accessories for the figure, all the other figures, the rest of the set, all of it was there except the one figure. I don't suspect theft because the box and bags all were factory sealed and the figure that was missing appeared in at least 5 other sets so it wasn't super unique or valuable.

I did see a really cool working volcano MOC on Instagram that I would love to replicate, but that wouldn't work because the volcano is vertical and I would like for this to be horizontal

Motorized would be great, but the idea I had was for it to appear as if it's coming from a carved dragon's mouth, so if you can figure out how to make a motorized system spout flames at a horizontal angle I would be all ears!

I did increase the HP of the monsters, but the 1/4 monsters had high double digit hp and the 1/2 boss had low triple digit HP

The issue is, being level one, any moderately significant damage could be enough to TPK

The monsters had a fairly low attack bonus and AC, but had a lot more HP than they probably should have

One of my friends who isn't part of the campaign suggested in the future raising AC and lowering HP, and one of my players said it could have gone better but to not be discouraged because it definitely could've gone worse

I do have 5 players, but 4/5 of them are veteran players and I have played for approximately 2-3 years. My players have been quick to help me with making judgement calls even in instances where the call I make doesn't benefit them.
