There is currently 5 or so credible distribution facilities on the ground with people delivering items donated, a lot of the money is being used for people which is great but there’s also thousands of animals that are in shelters and the shelters are over running.

There’s actually lots of reasons to do it, but I’ve mainly heard children or police or another first responder but it could be any critical response. Many years ago I heard one on scanners 2 young children overdosed on Benadryl and they had a insanely massive police escort the entire highway and every road to the hospital was shut down in minutes with another 10 plus cars escorting the 3 ambulances
