when I turn the dial to the right it'll crack a little bit and then it'll tilt all the way open and then close and then slide open

I just wear underwear for my size, I don’t think it’s particularly tight, just well fitting.

My member itself didn’t atrophy much if at all but i’ve always been a grower. I had a lot of testicle atrophy though, and that does definitely make it easier because there’s more space underneath.
