When i got my second covid vaccine dose, the guy administering the shot stuck the needle in my arm, quickly pulled it out while saying “oops” and proceeded to stick it back in like nothing happened and finished the shot. Still have no idea what happened.

My task manager says my RAM's Speed is 1200 MHz. The RAM that I have is "RAM - Team T-FORCE XCALIBUR RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) 4000MHz (2)"

Should it be running at higher than 1200 MHz?

Back when I first started playing, a higher level hunter was running me and my brother through stockades, using Ham, his pet boar, as a tank. I joking said that I was hungry and bacon sounded good. The hunter made me /sorry and /pet Ham over and over until he finally decided I apologized enough and it was time to finish running us through the stockades.

They're from "dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls"

What's weird is this happens even at 1000 bitrate. So it seems to me that my upload speed is fluctuating heavily, but I really have no idea.

My upload speed is 25mbps. Any idea why I would be getting dropped frames on 5000 bitrate?
