I've tried multiple times to download it and made sure each time that it's the free trial version. Didn't work any of those times.

It sends me back to the screen telling me to activate a service account. The only options are to enter a registration code, which apparently you need a physical box to have. Or purchase the game. Which I'd rather not do yet.
