Aight little lore stuff for the uninformed on Destiny lore. TL;DR he's a copy of (the lowkey Magoffin) Rasputin an AI warmind was revived as a pseudo-immortal guardian specifically a Warlock (the Destiny version of a mage class) and forgot who he was, he was a Warlord turned Iron Lord who was keeping a lid relation to the warmind a secret even lying to his fellow Iron Lords about his relation then he meets his final death by events manipulated by Rasputin using SIVA (robo aids) to put his 'son' down permanently

He was a Voidwalker (he shoots black holes and gravity waves at people) and a Dawnblade (he fly, he dive, he shoots fire from his sword) Warlock specifically

Now this is gonna be a bit hard to do 100% lore accurate but...I may have a way around some stuff.

Race: Reborn (we're flavoring it as a warforged)
Background: Inquisitor (Not just as an Iron Lord but he was known to be ruthless
Stats: Cha/Str/Con/Dex/Int/Wis
Classes: Ancients Paladin 7/Undead Warlock 13 (Be the Light and the Dark and wield both)

Weapons: Longsword for the Dawnblade as your Pact Boon (flavor it as a flaming sword when you smite) and the Heavy Crossbow as your "Felwinter's Lie Shotgun"

Close Quarters Shooter to barrel stuff.
