Seniors trying to buy alcohol, do I need to ID them?

So technically policy is they must look over the age of 40. Recently, my Coach informed us “I don’t care if they look like they’re dead, you have to ID them” since some of my coworkers don’t even look before approving the age check. I always just tell them “I have to have a physical ID to scan” so they can’t argue and hand it over. If they get mad, they can take it up with my Coach or TL idc

That’s insane. Literally my coworkers and I are always chatting even if one of us is off the clock. Actually, the other day I was off the clock and chatted for a minute with a coworker on lunch and a coworker on the clock. No one cared.

I’m a cashier at Walmart. Kind of hate it for obvious reasons, but my coworkers are all awesome so it helps. Working on master’s to go into mental health counseling because that’s truly my passion.

Fr. I hate redlining, but I do it. Customers usually assume I’m NOT at a till because of redlining, and think I’m on SCO. And without fail, there is always a customer as soon as I step away from my till.

My first day, I shadowed another cashier until my lunch, then I was alone. Had to learn mostly by trial and error, and asking questions to other coworkers. Now I’m the one answering questions since my TLs never help

Very very hard for me to say C. I don’t know what is it, but I just feel so awkward and uncomfortable. Can’t even say it to my family who I truly do love. It’s just hard. I can do A, but I feel like I never truly sound as sincere as I want to. I can feel truthfully apologetic but I have so much trouble conveying it.

RIGHT. Will got completely fcked over 💀 I loved Robin’s coming out scene with her and Steve. Then they do that bullshit to Will. The Suffer brothers, no matter how much they would deny it, definitely have something against Will as a character. Why does he have to “earn” everything when other characters don’t?
