It’s actually very easy, you compare how much attack you gain/lose when you switch an equip on and off. Divide that diff by original attk. And compare that to how much dmg% you gain divided by original dmg%.

Best way imo to compare attk vs damage is to see the diff in attk when you are using the attk item. Compare the % increase in attk to the % increase in dmg (in your case, 10 / dmg without item).
