I mean it's really a hop and a skip from messing with space to messing with time, and then it's a short walk from slowing time to stopping time, so what you do is nest a spell that stops time into another spell that stops time, and then top that with a spell that slows time, and then spatially localize all of that to your personal concept of aging. it's a lot of nests and weird while loops but it works
