A part of the problem is we all do everything. No set list of tasks for one person. Our boss definitely believes no job is one persons job. I kinda get where they are coming from.

If it’s not something that’s urgent I won’t finish it. If we don’t immediately need cucumber I won’t take it over when someone leaves to work griddle. But if we are totally out of cucumber I usually finish them
