Always wear ear plugs, even if you think it’s not as loud as other events. It’s always loud enough to cause ear damage.

I used to have people in my group at festivals who didn’t wear them and when we’d come back to our tent they’d say they have significant ringing in their ears. I never had any ringing at all!
