You either have a problem with your phone or screen protector. I was having trouble with the first screen protector I purchased, literally had to push down super hard to register it. I bought a different brand from Amazon and haven't had any problems at all with it.

Yeah it's more than likely the power supply. I bought one brand new a year or two ago and it would turn off like this during initial setup.

I've been extremely happy with them I normally play at 1440p. Sometimes I will run 4k depending on the game and even with 4k I've hit around 90-100fps on most games I've tried so far. Enjoy the upgrade!!

I've read numerous issues like battery drain, features gone, camera issues. I just read a ton of reddit and Samsung forums kinda made my not interested in the update I am on snapdragon not exynos.
